Ak ste sa ešte nestretli s CrossFitom, alebo ste vôbec necvičili, poprípade ak ste mali dlhú prestávku a nemáte istotu nabehnúť do plného tréningového procesu, tento program je práve pre vás. 9 tréningov rozvrhnutých do 3 týždňov je nastavených systematicky tak, aby vás pripravili do bežných tréningov CrossFitu. Netreba sa ničoho báť, budeme si prechádzať základmi a dostaneme sa až na komplexnejšie cvičenia.
