Vzpieranie je prakticky najťažšia oblasť, ktorá sa v CrossFite využíva a preto sme vyčlenili dve hodiny v týždni len na praktizovanie a šperkovanie techniky. Chceme aby každý náš cvičenec vedel dobre vzpierať a aby mohol túto úžasnú disciplínu využívať v CrossFite v rámci funkčnosti a zdravého pohybu.

Hodiny Vzpierania sú určené absolútne pre každého. Vo vzpieraní sú prakticky najkomplikovanejšie techniky a pracujeme s váhou, preto sme vytvorili tréningy kde sa môžeme venovať iba nim. Je pre nás nesmierne dôležité aby sa každý cvičenec vedel pohybovať s činkou kvalitne a zdravo.
